Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) - Approximately 40 miles southeast of Venice.
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) - Located in Fort Myers, approximately 70 miles south of Venice.
Tampa International Airport (TPA) - Approximately 80 miles north of Venice.
Booking guest will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide photo identification within 48 hours of booking or before check in if booking less than 48 hours before check in. A security deposit of $1000 is required. See House Rules to view rental agreement before booking.
Renter Agreement and Photo Identification must be received 48 hours before check in.
Renter Agreement:
This Agreement applies to all members of the Guest`s party no matter the age or affiliation (`Group`). The booking Guest is responsible for sharing and enforcing the renter agreement, and its requirements, with all members of the Guest`s party and anyone else permitted onto the Rental Property by the Guest. Guest`s breach of any terms and conditions outlined in this agreement shall result in the termination of guest occupancy with no refund of any kind. For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the person signing the rental agreement, submitting identification, and credit/debit card holder.
In consideration of the rent received and the mutual promises contained herein, Palms to Piers Corp. does hereby lease and rent to Guest(s) such Rental Property under the following terms and conditions:
Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations contained herein or posted on the premises related to the Rental Property. Guest shall, on arrival, examine the Premises, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures and landscaping, and shall immediately report, in writing, if any are not in operating condition or are in disrepair. Reporting repairs does not give Guest the right to cancel this Agreement or receive a refund of any payments made. Guests obligations include but are not limited to keeping the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and causing no unsafe or unsanitary conditions. Guests agree not to use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of the property as stated on the web site or the confirmation letter, without prior approval by the Management Company. In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. The Rental Property may not be used for parties, receptions, weddings, or other large gatherings.
Guests hereby agree to not interfere with scheduled maintenance and services to the home such as lawn, pool care, and general maintenance. Guests acknowledge and grant specific permission to property management and/or maintenance staff to enter premises at any time for maintenance, repair, inspection, to verify compliance with the terms of this agreement, or in case of emergency. When practical, and at discretion of the Management Company, 24 hours notice will be provided to guests if it is necessary to enter the home.
In the event Guest wishes to terminate this agreement, any refunds granted will be provided according to the cancellation policy set forth by Airbnb and agreed upon at time of booking.
Full payment is required at time of booking though Airbnb. If the payment fails for any reason, it is the responsibility of the Guest to make sure that the remaining balance is promptly paid in full, or the reservation will be canceled with no refund of payments made.
A security deposit is required (`Security Deposit`) and will be charged separately to the guest. If there are no successful credit card payments, it is the responsibility of the Guest to send $1,000.00 by check to the Owner to satisfy the Security Deposit requirement. If, at the end of the rental period, the rental property is returned undamaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Security Deposit will be released in full within 14 days. In the event of any damages, Owner will provide Guest with a full accounting of expenses incurred and deductions made from the Security Deposit. Should the damages exceed the amount of the Security Deposit, Guest agrees to pay the balance within 14 business days after receiving notification. Deductions from Security Deposit may include, but are not limited to: excess cleaning fee, hot tub draining and refilling fee, trash removal fee, missing item replacement costs, damaged item replacement or repair costs, repair costs of buildings or grounds, late check out fee, or other service call fees. Owner is under no obligation to use the least expensive means of restoration.
Some properties may allow pets for an additional fee. Guests must obtain permission from the Management Company to have pets on the Rental Property. Guest is responsible for notifying Management Company of intention to bring a pet, obtaining permission from management company, keeping pet(s) under control at all times, disposing of pet waste immediately, and ensuring the pet does not cause damage or disturb the peace in or around the Rental Property. Evidence of unauthorized pets and/or any necessary cleaning charges/damage will result in an automatic deduction of the pet fee and additional charges from, but not limited to, the Security Deposit amount. If permission is not given by the Owner, any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.
The booking party for this property must be at least 23 years of age. Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number. A child is defined as any person under the age of 18. It is the sole responsibility of the adults in the Group to supervise children and ensure their safety.
No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, HVAC units, TVs, Cable/Internet/Satellite Outages, etc. The Management Company will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order and promptly repair or replace failed systems or equipment.
