Located right on Netune ave your a 10 min Walk either north or south to two beach access points.

You are in the heart of Leucadia! Famous Neptune Ave is the best walking street in all of town. Walk north or south to two beach access points.the breath taking sunsets are unforgettable. Come Visit Beach Wolf Restaurant at the World Famous Moonlight Beach. Grab a bite to eat from killer Breakfast Sandwiches to coal fire roasted carnitas and Barbacoa Tacos. This funky beach neighborhood is one of the last places on the coast to still have the charm of a small town surf city. Family oriented, peaceful and quiet, unique, charming are all words that come to mind when I think of my home. Also right down the street is an amazing farmers market on Sundays where you will be able to truly immerse yourself in the culture of your temporary home:) Come enjoy what Encinitas/ Leucadia has to offer:)
