Beach Close, Serene home, in a beach close location - just completed rebuild in June 2023.
Professionally decorated in high style. Central A/C and heat. Very large, oversized, and private wrap-around 600 sf ft deck with outdoor dining, outdoor seating, and outdoor lounge areas.
In the heart of happening beaches, dining, breweries, and coffee shops in Leucadia/Encinitas, yet OffTheBeatenPath. Located just east of Hwy 101 you won't believe how quiet this home is, tucked away from the hip and happening areas of Leucadia, OffTheBeatenPath.
Please note: This home shares a private driveway with a full-time rented granny flat over the home's 2-car garage (separate entrances, separate off-street parking, separate/private yards). The owner lives at an adjacent property in this peaceful family neighborhood. For security purposes, the home has a security system that includes a smart doorbell at the front door, the smart doorbell captures exterior audio and exterior video of the home's driveway area.
Home is perfect for couples, families, and business travelers, includes a washer/dryer (complimentary washer pods/dryer sheets), 65" TV, Nespresso machine (complimentary coffee pods, assorted creamers, raw sugar), cooking/dining essentials, stylish beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella) and boogie boards. We are looking for guests who appreciate a beautiful home, and peaceful family neighborhood and can be respectful of the home, our neighbors, no parties, no events, outside quiet hours starting at 9 pm.

Overall fantastic experience. House was immaculately clean and just as advertised. Property beautifully appointed with all that you'd ever need. The host obviously put lots of time into making this property a real home away from home. Kitchen very thoughtfully stocked and had things like children's utensils, plates etc. and lovely wine glasses for the adults and two kinds of coffee makers. Beach toys and towels included.The best VRBO experience I've had with a property. The host was responsive to any questions I had. We all loved it.
