Era attrezzato di tutto.. accogliente...vicinissimo al Centro....
Non mi ė piaciuto x niente il fatto che avendo i Termosifoni nel monolocale...li accendevano un'ora al giorno..erano quasi sempre spenti...a maggior ragione a Gennaio tenerli spenti .. col freddo che fa li..temperature sullo 0 o anche più basse...ė una cosa Scandalosa..accendevamo l'unica pompa di calore che c era .. ma non riscaldava bene tutto l'appartamento... domanda..cosa mettono termosifoni se poi non li accendono???? Abbiamo patito il freddo.. soprattutto di notte...motivo x cui non andremo più in questa struttura...posso capire in estate.. ma in inverno.. NO.

Tolle Lage zum Stadtzentrum, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Haus bzw. die Wohnung ist schön restauriert mit alten Balken etc. Toll auch die neuen Sanitäranlagen (Dusche etc.). Waschmaschine haben wir nicht genutzt. In der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt, auch eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine.
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich Dunkel, auch tagsüber benötigt man Licht. Dort war wohl länger niemand mehr, es war etwas staubig. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, aber doch ziemlich billig, was leider im Kontrast zu der eigentlich schönen Wohnung steht - auch die Küchenausstattung mit Tellern etc.
