The apartment is spacious and with beautiful light that you can get as much or as little as you want. The kitchen is mostly well equipped (a corkscrew would be nice), though it felt like whatever spices and condiments were there were left by previous tenants (and I left some behind myself).
The bed was comfortable. The hot water comes quick. The WiFi is great. There's a washing machine.
The neighborhood is sedate, a working class type of neighborhood, and it has a few restaurants and bakeries, and small grocery stores. It has access to transportation, which will come in handy because driving into Madrid is problematic (see didn't like section).
Might be worth asking the owner if the AC works; I was lucky to not need it.
I struggled a bit on how to rate the location. If you're coming to just chill, it's great (though read on); if you want to visit Madrid, it's a bit more problematic.
The apartment is in Madrid Low Emission Zone A (ZBE), which means that, if you drive a car, it requires a permit to even get to the location (may be able to register by emailing the Madrid authority at least 20 days in advance) or you risk a steep fine. Unless you have the same permit, you won't be able to drive into Madrid either, or even around the location.
Transportation is accessible, but it's also an average of 50 minutes to get into the center (bus + Cercanias train).
I stayed 20 nights and I was not offered replacement towels or bedsheets. I guess one could use the washing machine that's in the apartment if timed well to have the towels dry and the bedsheets dry by nightfall. Was also left 1 roll of toilet paper for same 20 days.

Excelente la ubicación y muy bien equipado el departamento, muy amable y predispuesta la anfitriona. La cama matrimonial y el sillón del living son muy cómodos. Muy bueno el wifi.
Los aires acondicionados funcionaban sólo en modo ventilador y las primeras noches que hacía mucho calor en Madrid la pieza estaba muy calurosa, la anfitriona me explicó que estaba pedida la reparación y tenían turno para más adelante por el verano que hay mucha demanda, es importante solucionar ese tema porque en verano es necesario aire acondicionado. Otra cosa que no me gustó pero son sólo detalles menores que podrían mejorar los servicios por ejemplo el baño tiene en la ducha dispenser para shampu y crema de enjuague y estaban vacíos al igual que el jabón de manos del lavatorio que estaba vacío es importante para los primeros dìas hasta que uno se organiza y hace las compras.
