The owner is very hospitable and ready to help. There was everything necessary for our 6-night stay, lots of kitchen appliances and even a washing machine. The apartment was very clean, but there is some strange smell every time you enter the apartment (mold?), as it is a former car garage.
The apartment is located in another residential area (Pozuelo de Alarcon), and one needs to buy intercity tickets to actually get to Madrid. The train and bus connections are very good though.

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, cerca de cercanías.
Muy bien dotado, con todo lo necesario, cómodo, limpio, amplio y Beatriz siempre atenta para ayudar con lo que necesitara. Recomiendo 100% este lugar

El apartamento se encuentra muy bien equipado. La anfitriona, siempre se ha mostrado solícita y proactiva hasta el final de la estadía. El vecindario es extremadamente tranquilo y apacible, a pesar de vivir mucha gente, no hay movimiento en la calle.
El lugar es un ex-vado de garage bajo nivel devenido en apartamento, por lo tanto, se escuchan los ruidos de las personas que viven en la parte superior, no es cómodo para entrar y salir (es una rampa) y hay poca luz natural durante el día, las vistas al exterior, son nulas.
Está a 10 minutos de la estación Príncipe Pío, si bien, una de las principales de Madrid, habría que indicar que son 10 minutos más hasta los lugares emblemáticos de Madrid como Puerta del Sol, la Gran Vía, el Palacio Real, la Catedral, etc.
Al retirarme del apartamento, la anfitriona me envió un mensaje preguntándome cómo me había ido y que, si estaba todo bien, le califique con un 10, lo cual, me pareció muy mal de su parte.
Por el costo del apartamento, existen mejores opciones. No lo recomiendo.
