Camp Hillcrest Horsebox

Comfortable stay in a quiet location The horsebox had everything we needed to use as a base for our motorcycle expeditions

Loved everything about this horsebox it had all you needed and was comfy the owner is amazing 10/10 and made a great sandwich :)

Simple, authentic and very comfortable. I loved the wood burner and roaming animals. Bed was very comfortable. I have recommended the camp to my sister as I think her family would really enjoy all the facilities.

Nothing comes to mind. A gate on the balcony steps would be great so we could have the door open and not worry about our dogs wandering off. But obviously that’s not crucial

It was a lovely set up for families who enjoy outdoor activities.

We were under the impression that we would be in a woodland out of the way ! The horsebox is actually situated on a farm with adventure activities around it people coming and going, day to day work going on around the farm so the noise level wasn't the best, it also said about the view ! The only view we had was family's back and forth to use the indoor skate park and cars and trucks back and forth! Again miss leading as we thought we would be in a woodland out of the way! The hot tub was set up for when we arrived we couldn't use it as there was no lighting for us to see on entering and exiting, went to use the next day when lighter but there was work and families back and forth so not much privacy. Wouldn't say it's suitable for couples who planed to have a relaxing weekend away!
