Owner was attentive and breakfast was great
Breakfast is too late for me. 8am means hanging around. I think 7:30 is more reasonable. Also, there wasn’t any signage about the bar usage and breakfast ordering was someone slapdash. We fancied a wine one night but couldn’t work out what the rules were so we gave up.

Great friendly service, breakfast and dinner
No air conditioning, we were in an attic room on a very warm day and was uncomfortably warm even on the second day when it was cooler the room temperature was still very uncomfortable

Delicious and large breakfast, good location for walks
Our room was on the top floor and in the hot weather it was really hot and stuffy. There was one fan and they kindly provided another when requested but I was surprised it wasn't acknowledged when showing me the room/proactively offered and the blinds being left open when it was sunny on the window probably made it worse. We set up two fans but it was still 29 degrees in the room as we were going to sleep.
The floorboards were also all very creaky and loud and it was a little restrictive that the latest breakfast time was 9am
