Great location, very comfortable & excellent facilities. It felt secure and the door staff were friendly and helpful. The owner’s were very responsive to questions before and during our stay.

One very tiny thing - could have done with a few more hand towels

Excellent location and close to where our daughter lives. Easy access to the apartment and close to restaurants and a grocery store. Vincente was easy to work with and answered quickly any concerns or questions we had. His communication throughout our stay was timely and appreciated. The person at the security desk was very friendly, and helpful. We felt very safe, even walking around in the evening. The apartment was beautifully decorated with artwork that we totally enjoyed; it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved having an elevator open into the apartment instead of having to climb stairs.

On top of excellent quality of the place and the good service, we particularly appreciated the thoughtfulness. The snack, the water, the bottle of wine, etc. also they were immediately available to answer the one question I had for them.
