Don’t stay at this property

Very well located. Lots of restaurants and close to major main streets which can get you around d very quick

They don’t have control of the people coming in, hence there where some people coming in and out and they started making a lot of noice and partying in the middle of the afternoon. Not to mention that early evening people. Ame in and out and they started arguing in the hallway very strange….. I talked to the security guard and he couldn’t do too much and the administration couldn’t even be reached. I had to leave because I was con warned for my safety and well being. They didn’t even care and now I’m fighting for a reimbursement. Definitely Don’t stay here….

No view. It’s like a dark cave and all rooms look into a central enclosed area. Very little natural light and noisy. The earbuds on the bedside table caused immediate concern. Night 2 we had loud music till 9:30pm and night 3 we had loud music till 10:30. The central atrium reverberates the noise and makes it even louder. Please make it very clear on the website that the 2 bed apartment has no view or fresh air. If I had of known I would have booked a 1 bed apartment with sofa bed.

Good location and decent room but lack of heating

Location and the security guards.

The room has no heating. Not recomment during winter months. The nights were cold (7-9 celsius) outside and the room was very cold accordingly. We got a very noisy bathroom electric heater but could not keep that on for too long. We ended up leaving the property after both of us got sick.

Extremely strong renovation smell!!! Couldn’t stay there more than one hour but was charged for 3 nights!

Muy buen alojamiento para viajero de negocios (no es un hotel)

La ubicación es excelente. La disposición del personal de recepción.

El proceso de registro de ingreso (no me había llegado ningún mail al respecto ni funcionaba el QR en la recepción; por suerte el personal de recepción logró darme soporte; pero se demoró el ingreso por ese motivo)

Ufff tienen muy buena ubicación si lo que quieres es conocer el corazón de Polanco. Hay restaurantes por todas partes. ¡Y en general el complejo está muy lindo, el servicio fue de calidad!

Se METE AGUA por la ventana y habia mucho ruido , no habia mas que dos toallas y no hay donde pedir , la regadera NO esta regulada, sale muy pocoi tiempo caliente y luego sale solo fria !!

Excelente servicio, comodidad y comunicación, la ubicación está increíble, muy recomendable.

El horario para desocupar el alojamiento debería ser similar al de los hoteles 12:00 pm. Y aunque tiene la opción de realizar un chequeo tardío, no siempre lo aceptan y el costo de este servicio creo que es elevado.

Le hace falta tener clima (aire acondicionado) o un sistema de ventilación. (Abanicos ) el clima de CDMX ya lo amerita. Es lo único q le falta . Y la cama individual con 10 cms más ancha estaría estupenda .

Un Lugar fabuloso para estar por trabajo o viaje familiar ME ENCANTA

La ubicación es buenísima ya que te encuentras rodeados de múltiples sitios de interés: auditorio nacional, museos, centros comerciales, restaurantes, parques, todo esto en un entorno seguro.

Que no limpian diario, normalmente me hospedo en hoteles donde la limpieza es diario y aqui no se porque razón no lo hacen, sin embargo hay mucha disposición del personal y si les piden que te limpien si lo hacen.

La ubicación es espectacular, los espacios dea terraza son perfectos para tomar un café, trabajar, o simplemente tomar el sol. Las habitaciones están equipadas con materiales que te hacen sentir en un hotel de lujo.

La zona común no tiene cortina tipo Black Out.
