The property is really well located between the township of Scopello and the sea. That’s pretty important as in order to drive to the nearby beach or town you would have to pay for parking. The house is great value for money. It is quite basic but perfectly functional and very roomy. The host is friendly and responsive. The house is very peaceful. We had a great holiday here. (FYI you can walk to town via the dirt road beside the neighbouring house to the right as you look out towards the sea. It is only a third of the distance and makes the town very accessible.)
The beds are on the hard side but fine.

Amazing view. Location just outside town. Peace and quiet. Great comms and a lovely welcome from Patrizia and Orazio. Lots of space and facilities. Loved our time here.
Squeaky bedroom door! Small gas ring that wouldn't stay on. One wine glass. Tiny things, really - just needs a little more TLC to be 10/10.
