About this villa rental
The house lies in a beautiful Mediterranean countryside, a few minute walk from the beach. A large garden and a swimming pool, open from June to September, provide outdoor relaxation. The main building accommodates 4 guests. A pretty cottage in the garden offers two more beds on request at an extra charge. A beautiful view of the sea and the close-by nature reserve ‘Lo Zingaro’ may be enjoyed from the balcony. A few hundred meters from the picturesque village of Scopello and the enchanting site of the Tonnara (old disused tuna-fishing station, now a bathers' resort), where the end of the film Ocean Twelve was shot. The location is very quiet, but you can find all facilities, shops, bars and restaurants at a few kilometers distance. A car is absolutely required to reach the property and visit the area.

This property is ‘ up there ‘ as one of the best properties we have ever stayed in for a holiday let and we travel a lot ! From the lovely welcome and clear explanations to the fabulous pool , spotless accommodation and peaceful shady balcony we have nothing but praise and a huge thank you to our brilliant hosts . Will highly recommend and would happily choose to stay here again .

Mariella's house is a wonderful place to stay. The view over the sea is amazing and the house has everything you need for a great vacation, with easy walking distance to a great beach and a short trip to the Zingaro nature reserve.Mariella is a great host with easy communication.We will definitely come back.

The house was perfect and well maintained, it has been a real home for us during 2 weeks.On top of that the owners we met have been extremely kind and I can say we even became friends.

We have had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the villa. We are a family of 4 (kids are 7 and 10) and the villa was perfect for us – be that letting the kids jump round in the pool, strolling down to the beaches which are only a couple of minutes’ walk away or sitting on the balcony enjoying the sea views. Mariella and Giuseppe were very kind and helpful but also very mindful of our privacy. Thanks to you both for the local insight, helpful recommendations on days out and the lovely wine 😊. Hopefully we can make it back some time and I would have no hesitation recommending this villa to anyone who enjoys a peaceful get-away and sea-views.
