Villa Disa is located within a residential complex consisting of 8 completely independent villas, situated just 70 meters from the crystal-clear waters of Cala Mazzo Beach in Sciacca, adjacent to the Zingaro and Scopello Nature Reserve —on the western shore of the Gulf of Castellammare.
Direct access to the sea via a tree-lined path, featuring a children’s playground, a bocce court, a multipurpose court (padel, basketball, soccer), and relaxation and reading areas with benches shaded by centuries-old trees—offers the residential complex a unique level of comfort for its guests.
