Villa Uzzo is located within a residential complex consisting of 8 villas, all independent of each other, situated just 70 metres from the crystal-clear waters of the beach of Cala Mazzo di Sciacca close to the Zingaro and Scopello Nature Reserve - on the western side of the Golf of Castellammare.
The direct access to the sea through a tree-lined pathway, equipped with a children\'s play area, a bowling alley, a multi-purpose field (padel, basketball, five-a-side football) and relaxation-reading areas with benches shaded by centuries-old trees, gives the residential complex a unique comfort for its guests.
