A corner of paradise is present In Sicily inside the Riserva dello Zingaro, La Palma dello Zingaro offers a sublime feeling of relaxation among the still uncontaminated nature of the natural reserve, with a breathtaking view that has no equal in any other house in the area, you will have the sensation of being on board a ship, surrounded by exotic plants in a position that always receives a pleasant breeze in the hot periods.
Being very close to the reserve will give you the opportunity to have a lot of silence and calm away from the noise of cars, to savor the true scents and sounds of nature such as birds singing in the morning, ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The Villa has a heated swimming pool from 15 March to 30 November (depends on weather conditions between 24 max 32 degrees, 75- 90 fahrenheit) in spring and autumn for an always pleasant bath, a hot tub closed from June 1 to November 15 with no exceptions.
September, private internal parking for cars, two bathrooms one inside the house one outside, two outdoor showers, barbecue and stone oven plus outdoor kitchen for the summer, paths and terraces in the garden, Wi-fi, available for a fee collection of excellent wines, The price is all inclusive.
The property is single and independent, all the areas in the photos are private and exclusive for customers who book and stay overnight.

position: the house is located at an altitude of about 100 meters, the sea is about 250 meters away as the crow flies while to reach the first beach (Cala Mazzo di Sciacca) by car the distance to travel is about 700 meters. The use of the car is recommended.
For the period November 15th to April 30th the electricity and gas heating consumed is not included
It is expected to pay the tourist tax per person per night equal to € 1.50

House was in a way better condition than we expected. Everything was Clean and with modern and new amenities.
The pool had an Awesome view over the entire area.

Property far exceeds expectations . Our host , Alfonso , was extremely helpful and a joy to know . The Villa is fabulous and spotless in every respect. We will certainly return and thank our host for his many kindnesses . As rental property hosts ourselves and frequent renters around the world , we know a quality property , and Alfonso hosts one of the best ! David and Giovanna

The photographs on the website do not do the justice to the place. Views are spectacular, even on a cloudy day. While the kitchen is very small, it is quite sufficient (but there were only two of us...) and can be augmented by the garden BBQ.
The access to the property was a bit tricky, but Alfonso provided us with the specific google link that allowed us to find the place without any problem. We highly recommend the place as a place that one will never forget!

What an absolutely beautiful location this home has. The view is breathtaking. There were a total of 6 adults on this trip and the home was plenty spacious enough. We enjoyed that gorgeous view in the mornings, afternoons and at night looking at the lights of Castellammare de Golfo and Palermo. I could hear the waves crashing from the open window in the bedroom.I LOVED that. The home itself is extremely clean and furnished with everything you could possibly need; glasses, dishes, towels, extra pillows and even wine to purchase if you set that up before hand. The living room is inviting and cozy, the kitchen is fully functional with toaster, blenders and more. The bedrooms had shelving, air conditioning and fans and were very comfortable. The deck where we spent many evenings just relaxing is absolutely amazing!!The location itself on the West coast was ideal for us. One great feature is that its close to Scopello Market. We picked up food, snacks, wine, pastries, sandwiches, salami, proscuitto, peach juice etc there. Very convenient. At night we took a 5 minute ride to Scopellos tiny city center to enjoy casual dinners after our busy days. During the week we were there we went to Erice (1 hour), Trapani (50 minutes), Cefalu (2 hours..and not to be missed!) and Agrigento (2 hours). Castellammare de Golfo is about 15 minutes away and Palermo airport is only 50 minutes away. The home was in the perfect position for us to enjoy day trips with our rental car. The house is located on the border of the Zingaro Reserve and I highly suggest you hike this. Its a tad strenuous and there are steep parts but the payoff of seeing the views is worth it. You can walk there or I would suggest parking the car below because its quite steep returning to the house. Alfonso is VERY very nice and helpful. From before we left for the trip with all my questions to us trying to find the house (its not hard once you know where it is! :) to answering other questions he was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home on the west coast, away from all the craziness of the bigger cities. The view is so beautiful - today is our first day back and it was so sad not waking up to the ocean. I think Im going to print up one of my beautiful photos and put it on my bedroom wall so I can ALWAYS wake up to that view. Thank you Alfonso - my family and I loved our trip in your beautiful home and we cant thank you enough!. Arrivederci! Until we meet again!!
