I liked location and rooms of building.
The bathroom door, because the door type is slide and alignment is out.

Very close to Aeon Bukit Indah. Lots of restaurants near by.
Can fit in up to 4 people.
It is basically two studio units into one. So for families looking for 2 bedrooms with a common living room, this may not be for you.

room and toilet very clean with shampoo and body wash
aircon, fridge, water heater, wifi, washer, microwave, iron &board and tv very good working.
bed quite low and mattress sunken but still quite comfortable.
