Paradigm mall is just beside, super convenient!
The smell of the surrounding, cannot go out at balcony.

The apartment was clean and just opposite paradigm mall. Staff was quick to response.
As per other locations in Johor, it's not pedestrian friendly, there's no footpath to paradigm mall even though it's either beside. However compared to the other properties that we stay in JB, it's slightly more pricy.

The apartment is well kept, clean, and cosy. It was Christmas season, so they decorated with Christmas tree and a play tent (not sure if the tent is going to be there next time). I am glad the photo matches the unit.
The master room bed was a queen size only, as I am used to a king size. The gym was basic in my opinion, as I expected more equipment for a development of this size. The jacuzzi did not work. We saw a security staff there and he went to check and reported that the switch was not working.
