The apartment building is connected to the mall, and this was super convenient. There is also a pool in the building. The apartment is huge, with a water dispenser and air conditioning, which is essential in the hot climate.

The bathroom floor has a tendency to pool water, I would suggest a divider in the shower area to reduce this. There wasn't sufficient storage for clothing, no proper wardrobe, knly a few hangers. The parking for the resident and the mall visitors were not very clear, but once we figured this out, it's fine. I would suggest the property manager add a booklet/file which details all the building facilities, for example, the rubbish disposal, pool, gym etc.

The link to mall,the facilities was very convenient, and the owner reply was really fast.

The position of the master bedroom! that is facing another apartment. If only the bed is position the other side,at least I cld see the great view of the city whn I was laying on my bed.

Breakfast-Not applicable. The location was good.

The tenants living above our unit were noisy, dragging their chairs on and off from 10pm till late at night.

The space was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials—clothes hangers, power extensions, toiletries, instant coffee and tea. I appreciated the little details.

I had a generally pleasant stay, but there are a few points worth highlighting for future guests. Check-in Experience: On the eve of my booking, I expected a message with check-in instructions, but there was none until I initiated contact. Only then was I added to a WhatsApp group. It could be they were busy, but a proactive message earlier would have been appreciated. That said, once I was in the group, their replies were prompt and helpful. The Room: However, a few areas could use improvement: -The bed and sofa were quite sunken in and could use replacement or firmer support. -During a rainy night, some water came into the room, which affected comfort. All in, it’s a well-furnished place, but a few maintenance tweaks would elevate the experience.
