Walking distance from Paradigm Mall. Satisfied with the security of the apartment as needed access card to enter lobby, lift lobby and going up the lift. Apartment is clean with extra mattresses, bedsheet, pillow and comforter given. Clean bedding and towels provided.
Aircon not installed in the living room hence, can be quite warm in the daytime. Couch was hard and one of the lampshade above the dining table was broken with sharp edges still protruding. Didn't see any broom in the apartment as well.

Located conveniently next to Paradigm shopping mall
The kitchen tap leaks. The fan in one of the bedroom didn’t work. The lights in another bedroom went off after 5 mins. A light in the master room flickers. There were ants on the kitchen table top and master room bathroom sink.
