Location was superb. Host was friendly and responsive. We had a missing pillow and he offered to bring it over late at night which I told him that I can do without it.
There is no way to leave the building during check out timing from 10.30 - 12. Our whole family had to walk down the stairs. It was really bad for us with young kids and luggages.

I love the location, i.e. just on top of the Paradigm Mall. Food is therefore easy.
The host is very helpful, providing detailed information about check-in and check-out. The host is very accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times as well. It's value for money too. I will definitely come again.
