Location is excellent. The apartment is in a nice, quiet local neighborhood where a gourmet grocery store and a few restaurants are less than 15 minutes walk. Very convenient to explore the area.
The apartment is bright, clean and spacious with good functional layout. Very comfortable bedding and adequate facilities to provide a "home away from home" comfort. There is a large balcony where we watched beautiful sunset.
Andrea, the host, is very pleasant, responsive and helpful. He is very prompt in responding to our questions. He provided pick up and drop off service from/to the airport. Very punctuate and reasonable charge.

Lovely clean apartment close to the airport. Always appreciate bottled water when we arrive.
Perfect place with parking and great internet. Seeing the planes land during the day was pretty exciting.
Quiet place to sleep and great convenience to airport. Would stay again.

I've stayed at MaurusHome twice before my flights out of Rome's Fiumicino airport back to the US. The apartment is great - clean, comfortable, modern and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It also has a nice balcony overlooking the most incredible jasmine hedges which were in full bloom and so fragrant in May. The hosts are wonderful and make sure you're well taken care of and happy with your experience there.

It was perfect for us, clean, comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, a massive fridge, the balcony was lovely in the afternoon sun and it was about a 25 stroll to the beach
