Richtig entspannt. Ich wollte mal etwas, was in mein Budget passt und womit ich was gutes tue. Qiang ist superfreundlich und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Wer keine Hemmungen hat für ein paar Tage bei jemandem wie eine Art WG mitzuwohnen ist bei ihm echt gut aufgehoben. 😊 Budget und Umgebungsmäßig war es Richtig gut. Würde es definitiv auch wieder machen, wenn ich mein Geld schonen muss.

Sauber, gross genug und durch privatvermietung keine Hotel-Atmosphäre . Ich war früher da und konnte schon Alles da lassen und später dann auch das Zimmer beziehen. Dusche, Badewanne, Mitbenutzung Küche, Kühlschrank. Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm, sauber, nah zum ÖV. Matratze sehr angenehm.
Ich hätte einen Fernseher genutzt, würde das aber nicht als Ausschluss werten. WiFi vorhanden, daher dann auf dem Smartphone. Das Bett hat ein Fussteil, was bei 1,97 Grösse stört, wenn man Bauchschläfer ist.

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Dieser ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Recht zentral gelegen (ca. 10 Minuten zum HBF-Süd mit der U-Bahn, U-Bahn-Station von Location ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß). Äußerst sauber, sehr ruhig. Auch in dieser Gegend viele Geschäfte und Lokale fußläufig erreichbar.
