When I arrived at the location, it was very difficult to find. There was no visible sign indicating that it was a hotel

The staff inside the bulding do not/ can not speak English which is very difficult to communicate When I arrived at the location, it was very difficult to find. There was no visible sign indicating that it was a hotel or a hostel. The corridors were extremely cold — I can assure you the temperature was below 10°C. I had to wear a jacket and trousers just to go to the bathroom. During the first and second nights, the room was also very cold. I was offered another room, but it was just as cold. I asked for an extra blanket and was told, “No, we cannot provide more blankets.” I would not recommend this place to people who are sensitive to cold weather.

Good Location! Enough space for 1 person! Shared Bathroom was ok and acceptable anyway from the beginning!

At night the security alarm suddenly went off without any reason, which was quite stressful and interrupted my sleep for 3 hours (4:00-7:00). Nobody took care! Also, the bed was a good size, but I’m not sure if the mattress was actually a proper mattress, it felt quite uncomfortable. In addition, even though the window was closed, cold air was still coming in, which made the temperature in the room very inconsistent and uncomfortable.

Absolutely nothing!!!

Staff was really careless , I requested for an extra quilt and pillow, which was never provided, even after replying to my message saying they will !!!! cleaning staff are rude and abrasive, some one pee’d all over the toilet seat and bathrooms ( as it’s shared bathroom s), when I informed the cleaning staff they just said it’s individual responsibility, emailed the booking.com next day, they asked me send pics !!! Disgusting !! Bed was extremely uncomfortable, they gave me single quilt which dint cover my legs when I asked for a better one , got nothing. One of the horrible experience in my entire travel history!!! Shame that I had experience such horrible service in a developed country. Absolutely unacceptable!

Room 44 exceeded my expectations!!

Room 44 exceeded my expectations!! I had never stayed in such an organized hostel before! There are always people cleaning everything, and you have all the basic utensils available (in most places, you have to buy them yourself). The staff are super attentive and friendly. My plan was to stay for just one week and then move, but it was so good that I decided to extend my stay — even trying another type of accommodation there, and both were wonderful. I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location is great, and you can easily walk to the main places in the city.

Staff is extremely rude and appears aggressive. Instead of keys or cards they give you a code to enter your room; in my case, they wrote it on a piece of paper and when we went inside the building, the staff didn’t care that men standing behind the staff could see my room number and code. THIS HOSTEL IS NOT SAFE. do not book, especially when you’re a woman travelling alone or just two of you. The hostel does not look like on the pictures here on booking, I think it changed the owners but the reviews stayed. It’s way worse now and my worst hostel experience so far. CANNOT RECOMMEND!

Close to the Harry Potter play so if this is your main reason for the visit, it‘s very convenient. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. The bathrooms and toilets are not too far away from the bedrooms. The staff online are responsive.

The bathrooms could be cleaner. Met no staff member personally but they‘re very responsive online. Had some trouble with the code going in the main door once and couldn‘t find any staff member in the office. Had to contact them via booking.com. They responded after a while and luckily we had to be somewhere else so it was not such a bad wait.

I would not recommend it!

The room was absolutely tiny, we were just two people with two backpacks and there nearly wasn't enough space. The room was also very, very dark and the lights were dim, so turning them on only made a minor difference. Our window did not close properly (and so it was rather fresh), but apparently they already knew that as they had stapled a black rubber tube to the window. Also since it is close to the main road it was rather loud. The beds were comfortable. The towels we got had stains on them. The bathrooms were tiny, cramped and only questionably clean. The bathrooms on the lower floor did not have hand towels for the entirety of our stay. Also they apparently changed the check out times very recently from 11am to 10am (they had different signs up on the walls) which I can only assume is to provide even less service. If you are only looking for a place to stay and nothing more, this might be fine, but otherwise I would recommend to go somewhere else.

Super Lage, angenehmes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, absolut praktisch für selbstversorgende Städtereisende.

Eine super Lage - wer gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist erreicht alle relevanten Touristenziele fußläufig. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und zweckmäßig. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war super praktisch und ausreichend ausgestattet. Fragen wurden per Chatfunktion in der Booking-App schnell und zielführend beantwortet.

Als fast 2m großer Mensch ist es eine kleine sportliche Übung, auf der Toilette zu sitzen :-) Kein Tadel - eher ein Augenzwinkern. :-)

Очень удобно, что отдельные комнаты расположены на самом верхнем этаже единым блоком со своей кухней. Удобное заселение, хорошая комната, розетки с обоих сторон у кровати, тепло, хорошее белье, оборудованная кухня. Близко вокзал и 30 минут до Филармонии. Тихо. Хороший интернет.

На кухне не работает плита. Надо спускаться в другую кухню. Дует от окна ночью, так как кровать стоит впритык к окну. Нет личного полотенца. Нет шкафа, только 2 полки.

Gute Lage, angenehme Atmosphäre, nette Leute, jederzeit wieder.

Für den Preis war das eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Zwar hat man kein Bad/WC im eigenen Zimmer, aber die beiden Bäder (jeweils mit Toilette) waren schön eingerichtet und man hatte seine Privatsphäre. In der Regel war immer zumindest ein Bad frei. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster (nur zum kippen, aber das reicht ja zum lüften). Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und reichlich Platz in den Kühlschränken, um bei einem längeren Aufenthalt auch mal etwas selbst zu kochen. Allgemein war das ganze Ambiente sehr ansprechend und die Leute in der Unterkunft waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. WLAN war auch perfekt. - Den Fernseher habe ich nicht anbekommen (schätze, dass die Batterien der Fernbedienung leer waren), aber ich hatte mein Pad zum Filme schauen. Das hat mir gereicht. Man darf natürlich bei dem Preis keine Sterne-Unterkunft erwarten, aber im Verhältnis war das echt prima für einen günstigen Aufenthalt in Hamburg in guter Lage. Würde ich also wieder buchen.

Froh endlich raus zu sein

Silberfische und andere Insekten im Bad, Offene Risse in den wänden bieten sich dafür auch gut an. Es war sehr laut in der gesamten Unterkunft man hat alles von den Zimmernachbarn gehört. Gardinen waren den gesamten aufenthalt über zugeschlossen und somit war kein Tageslicht da vor meinem Fenster der örtliche raucherspot gewesen ist und jeder mir beim schlafen zugesehen hat (und auch öfter mal geklopft hat weil man mit dem schlüsselsystem nicht klargekommen ist). Das bett war steinhart.

Le fait qu'ils louent des chambres dont les portes donnent directement sur la cuisine et l'entrée au RDC est INNACEPTABLE. L'isolation phonique est nulle et j'entendais les gens aller et venir, faire la cuisine, discuter, etc. jusqu'à tard le soir ce qui m'a empêché de bien dormir. Je leur ai demandé de me changer de chambre dans les étages mais il n'y en avait a priori pas de dispo. J'ai alors proposé de trouver une autre solution en louant ailleurs s'ils me remboursaient mes nuits restantes mais ils ont refusé et m'ont proposé 10% de remise sur mon séjour (que j'attends toujours d'ailleurs !). Si un jour je suis remboursé des 10% ça me remboursera les bouchons d'oreille que j'ai dû acheter tellement le bruit était infernal !

Nächstes Mal schaue ich mir die Bewertungen bei Booking besser an, denn diese Unterkunft kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern natürlich super toll aus.. mein Zimmer war in Ordnung. Es war sauber. Das Bett okay. Es lag im Erdgeschoss. Ich hab die Treppen gehört die Eingangstür und vor dem Fenster war der Hof, wo raucht dann rein, zog von den Rauchern.

Mein Zimmer hatte eine schlechte Lage, direkt neben der Treppe und Eingang. Ich fand die Bäder sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, wirklich sehr klein, nicht sehr sauber und durch diese Dekoration auch überhaupt nicht pflegeleicht. Ich habe nicht geduscht. Ich fand es ekelhaft. Die Türe ließen sich nicht richtig abschließen.. ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen, kann sie auch nicht empfehlen

Günstig - aber mit vielen Mängeln

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, direkt an der Buslinie 3 und mit E-Scootern ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Leider war das auch schon einer der wenigen positiven Punkte unseres Aufenthalts.

Das Gebäude wirkt insgesamt schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Der Pool war während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in Betrieb. Im Zimmer selbst war ich zunächst positiv überrascht: Es war groß und sauber. Leider traf dies nicht auf das Badezimmer zu – hier das komplette Gegenteil: sehr klein, sehr verschmutzt, mit schwer zugänglichen Ecken, da überall Steine oder Kunstpflanzen angebracht waren. Dadurch war alles sehr staubig. Die Duschen waren teilweise schimmelig oder so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Nach dem Duschen gab es lediglich einen Gemeinschafts-Badezimmerteppich für alle Gäste, der während des Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt wurde. Hygienischer und praktischer wäre es, jedem Gast ein eigenes kleines Handtuch für den Boden zu geben. Auch beim Händewaschen zeigte sich ein ähnliches Bild: Wasserhahn und Waschbecken sind in die Jahre gekommen, und es gab nur ein geteiltes Handtuch zum Abtrocknen – Papierhandtücher oder ein Handtrockner wären hier deutlich hygienischer. Die Betten waren extrem hart, die Kissen winzig und unbequem. Als ich ein zweites Kissen anfragte, sollte dies mit 10 € extra berechnet werden – so etwas habe ich in noch keinem Hotel erlebt. Fazit: Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht wieder besuchen und können es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Für Hamburger Verhältnisse war der Preis zwar günstig, aber die Mängel überwiegen deutlich.

Zahlungsmodalitäten sehr schlecht, nur zwei Bäder für eine Etage.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr groß und modern eingerichtet.

Die Fenster nur Plissees, so dass morgens überall die Sonne durchkam. Es gab nur zwei Bäder für eine Etage. Das eine Bad konnte nicht verschlossen werden. Bei einem Bad war die Dusche nur für Leute bis 1,50 m. Der Betrag für das Zimmer wurde sofort abgehoben nach der Buchung. Trotzdem erhielt ich Meldung, dass das Zimmer nicht bezahlt sei und wieder storniert wird. Ich hatte zwei Monate vorher gebucht. Ich hatte noch ein Zimmer gebucht und wieder storniert. Da konnte ich sechs Wochen warten, bis das Geld wieder da war. DesWeiteren wird eine Kaution von 250 € von der Kreditkarte abgebucht (ein Tag vor der Anreise). Die habe ich bis heute noch nicht zurück erstattet bekommen.

Bevor Sie die Unterkunft buchen, fragen Sie sich, warum es kein einziges Foto vom Badezimmer gibt. Das Bett ist im Zimmer so eingeklemmt, dass man, wenn man auf die Toilette muss, über die andere Person klettern muss. Die Fenster kann man nicht dicht schliessen. Nie wieder!

Ærgerligt med hændelsen om natten og under al kritik. Meget useriøs kundeservice.

Placeringen og renligheden på værelset.

En anden gæst havde fået koden til vores værelse og står midt om natten og har adgang til vores værelse. Vedkommende påstår, at det er hans, og det er alt i alt en meget ubehagelig oplevelse. Kundeservice var ikke til at få fat i i situationen, men først senere på natten. Dertil blev vores kode til døren aldrig skiftet, og vi fik først besked fra udlejer om, at manden ikke ville komme tilbage og bruge koden på et senere tidspunkt efter egen henvendelse til udlejer. Næste morgen er vi blevet lovet, at en ansat kommer ud til os for at skifte koden - dette sker dog ikke, og vi venter i 40 min. Fællesfaciliteterne var meget beskidte, eksempelvis mug i køleskabskanten og meget vådt på gulvet og køkkenbordene. Der var ikke varmt vand i badeværelsesvandhanen og kun varmt vand i bruseren om morgenen. Kundeservice var svær at få fat i, og man får intet konkret svar fra dem - det virker som en robot, der svarer.

Passabel und gute Lage

Die Lage war gut.

Das Bettlaken war nicht sauber. Die Matratze hatte eine Vertiefung in die man immer wieder gerutscht ist. Ich hatte nach 4 Nächten Schulterschmerzen. Durch das Fenster hat es gezogen. Die Tür ging nur durch knallen von außen zu und von innen musste man abschließen damit sie zu bleibt. Die Badezimmer könnten mal ein paar Ausbesserungen vertragen (kaputte Fliesen, man hatte auch mal die Türklinke in der Hand, nur ein Bad hatte einen Spiegel, die Duschtüren könnte man nicht richtig schließen). Die Küche war in Ordnung.

Nessun lusso ma era quello che ci aspettavamo

Posizione decentrata in un quartiere non residenziale ma abbastanza vicina alla stazione Nord. Letti comodi e locali comuni puliti. Lo definirei più un ostello che non un albergo anche se dispone di camere private ha bagni e cucina in comune.

Siamo stati bene, l'arredamento un po' eccessivo per i miei gusti ma si sa, i gusti sono gusti. Letti comodi ma cuscini troppo bassi
