The Best Far Away From Center Location

It was the little things. They put all kinds of stuff for our two year old, games, books, kid's chairs. The kitchen had a waffle maker, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. We didn't even see that there was no oven until the last day. The place is only 2 train stations from the center, which was perfect. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and very beautiful, filled with parks and trees.

I usually never pack shampoo and shower gel because it can be heavy in my luggage. So we had to buy some because there were none at the apartment.

Good

We booked the small maisonette apartment with cooking facility and balcony, perfect for max. 5 pax. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 adults and 3 kids but mostly used the apartment to sleep and take day trips to Hamburg city centre. Bus stop, supermarket (Aldi) and a nice park in walking distance; restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner in front of the house. Car can be parked on the property.

All good. The house is directly at a busy road next to a fire station and car noise can affect people who are sensitive or have light sleep. No issue for us who are used to it.

The hosts were very attentive on our arrival.

We actually booked another place after the first night and stayed there instead.

The flat was fairly big. It was cloose to a good food store. It was convenient to pick up the keys and have parking for the car.

When arriving the refirgerator was not on so it was warm. Heating was not on so it was very cold in the flat. The beds were hard. The ”kitschen” felt messy with random glasses and not enough pots and pans (though not morse could be used since there were only two stove plates). The bathroom was untidy and really unfresch. The whole place needed an update. It was right beside a busy road.

Es war sehr gut vom Bahnhof Tonndorf zu erreichen, ca 10 min . Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet.

Wir waren mit 5 Frauen dort. Auf dem einzelnen Bett oben konnte man nicht schlafen, es kamen so die Federn durch.Es fehlte evtl eine Matratze. Im Badezimmer fehlen Handtuchhalter und Ablagemöglichkeiten, Platz wäre genug da, denn es ist sehr groß. Ansonsten hat es uns für die 2 Nächte gut gefallen. Preis-Leistung war gut

Die Lage mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, vorhandene Parkplätze und die moderne Ausstattung, das Bad war neu ...genug Möglichkeiten zum Schlafen...gut ausgestattete Küche.

Küchenutensilien nicht ausreichend. Ein Bett konnte nicht genutzt werden,da eine Auflage fehlte. In 3 von 5 Nächten war es im Haus sehr laut,die Mitbewohner( eine Großfamilie in mehreren Wohnungen und Monteure...) machten die Nacht zum Tag.Die Aufteilung der Wohnung erinnerte mich an Ferienlager und Klassenfahrt.

Die Möblierung und Ausstattung war sehr unterschiedlich, manche Wohnungen hatten gute Betten, manche harte Couchbetten, mal fehlte ein Fön, mal der Toaster.

La luz de todo el apartamento y el cuarto de baño, amplio y luminoso.

Sofá muy muy incómodo, no hay armarios y no puedes colgar la ropa, hay pocas toallas, los cuchillos no sirven para nada y es muy difícil cocinar, y entre la ropa de cama no había sábana bajera, solo la funda del colchón, lo cual nos pareció poco higiénico.

Unkompliziertes hineinkommen mit Code. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten vorm Haus u an der Straße. In der Nähe Shoppingmöglichleiten sowie ein Rewe mit Bäckerei und auch Busstation u Sbahn. (Alles ca 8min zu Fuß erreichbar) Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof ungefähr 10/15 Minuten

Hamburg war schön- die Unterkunft ist verbesserungswürdig.

Gute Möglichkeit mit mehreren Familien ein paar Tage zu verbringen, da in diesem Haus mehrere Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe vorhanden waren.

Zwei der drei gemieteten Wohnungen waren ausstattungsmäßig noch sehr verbesserungswürdig (teilweise sehr schlechte Betten, Schränke kaputt, fehlendes Geschirr und Besteck usw.) Ein total vermüllter Hinterhof ( massenhaft große Müllsäcke) und schmutziger Eingangsbereich haben uns sehr gestört.

Die Verkahrsanbindung war dank Hamburgkart problemlos und es hat alles gut geklappt.

Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Bestecke war sehr dürftig, Wasserstöpsel waren in Küche und Bad Fehlanzeige, sodass ein ordentliches spülen nicht möglich war.

De bank is slecht, zowel om te zitten als te slapen keukendeurtjes kapot, kraan los, goedkope apparatuur. Het ergste waren de bedden Keihard, oncomfortabel en maar 1 lichtje.

Die Wohnung ist absolut desolat und eigentlich nicht mehr vermietbar.

Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Es war die schlechteste Unterkunft welche ich je hatte. Alles war kaputt. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt. Den Geschirrspüler konnte man nur ganz wenig öffnen so hat man kaum die Teller einbauen können. Für 5 Peronen waren gerade mal 5 Große Teller vorhanden. Beim Besteck gab es nur einen kleinen Löffel. Beim Bezug standen noch alte Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und die Sauberkeit generell lies auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Betten haben so laut gequietscht das man nicht zur Ruhe kommen konnte. Die Schallisolierung war nicht vorhanden die Autos sind direkt durchs Zimmer gefahren. Das Internet hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert man konnte sich entweder gar nicht anmelden, falls dass mal ging konnte man keine Seite öffnen. Eine Halterung für die Dusche gab es nicht. Einen Stöpsel um wenn man Baden wollte gab es auch nicht. In der ganzen Wohnung sind die Rauchmelder abmontiert und liegen in Schränken. Für Strom hängen überall Verlängerungsschnuren und Verteiler (Sicherheit fehl am Platz)

Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr TOP! Geschirrspüler Grundsätzlich sauber

Die Möbel gehören auf den Sperrmüll. Keine Schublade die sich normal öffnen lässt, keine Tür die gerade ist. Die zwei "Betten" im Schlafzimmer sind mit Holzpritschen gleichzusetzen. Die beiden "Zusatzbetten" im Wohnbereich als auch der Couchtisch fallen ebenfalls unter die Kategorie Sperrmüll. Die Stühle der Sitzgruppe am Esstisch sowie eine Art Lounge-Sessel sind auch total versifft und speckig. Im Wasserkocher befand sich eine übelriechende grünliche Flüssigkeit... Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spartanisch. Für den Preis absolut inakzeptabel!

Klodeckel lose, Flecken auf Tapeten, Fleck auf Bettlaken, Gelbe Kissen, Fensterrahmen dreckig und kaputt, dreckige Kaffeekanne, Schimmel an Fliesen im Bad, Kein Fön vorhanden, Plissees zerknittert, ein kleines Handtuch(für Hände) für drei Leute. Dafür, dass es eine bezahlte Endreinigung gibt, war es sehr staubig, Haare im Bad und Flecken auf dem Boden. keinen freien Parkplatz-obwohl sie zur kostenfreien Verfügung angegeben sind. Bild an der Wand völlig verzogen, Angst das es runterfällt. Keinen persönlichen Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Nicht gewusst, wo wir den Schlüssel nach Abreise hinterlegen sollen.(gab keine Anweisung)
