Everything, really can not find 1 fault. The pools are a huge bonus, the gym is small but enough to get a smaller workout in.

Location
Rooftop Jacuzzi not working, Housekeeping service is not everyday, neither did they have extra bedsheets to change, and no thorough cleaning.Elevator waiting time is 10+ minutes at all times.
I would expect the host to be informed about what facilities are actually working instead of apologising during the stay. Disappointed with the stay, I will certainly book a hotel next time given the amount I paid for three nights.
