Skyla Villa Ubud by Supala

The villa overall is nice and big. The rooms downstairs were spacious with nice bathrooms. The living room and dining area and kitchen were all great also. The staff were friendly and during the day from morning till early evening, available to contact via WhatsApp messaging. Staff were happy to come and clean as often as we wanted. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cutlery and plates. We arrived early morning and the staff came to help us in. The location was ok, outside of busy area and around 20 mins drive to Ubud centre. Provided drinking water.

There were lots of ants near the sink with no apparent reason why they were there. The staff weren’t contactable outside of working hours. The two rooms upstairs are very basic and the bathrooms were too small.

WiFi не рабоатет, если вы хотите снять эту виллу для большой компании - НЕ советую. Хозяин виллы не оповещает что две комнаты находятся на втором этаже и душ находится рядом с туалетом, когда моешься вода стоит вокруг туалета и не смывается, так что это просто ужас. Писали сотрудникам чтобы без нач не заходили на виллу, им было всеравно и ходили по комнатам пока нас нет

Camere superiori meno curate

It was spacious with a private swimming pool.

Lighting was poor in the kitchen and the property was isolated. It was difficult to communicate with the cleaners who only turned up on the third day. With a group of eight adults there were only two glasses.
