Anna was absolutely fantastic! She was a lovely host who went over and above to help us and give us information about the area. Appreciate the birthday gift too this was a really lovely touch.
I can't recommend the host and property enough. It's a great base in Naples for good pizza, Pompeii and Mount Versuvius

Good location
Remote booking in is poorly executed. Could not access door initially and then room itself. Stated card would be in room, but none had been left. No apology and resulted in lost time preventing us from completing our planned itinerary.
