Amazing help and friendly welcome from Anna giving us information, greeting us on arrival, local city knowledge and fixing a problem that came up. Immaculately clean, loved the ambience of the room, was quietly insulated from the road, lived the coffee/tea package and Netflix included, great powerful/roomy shower, comfy bed, amazingly high ceilings. Great value for location we walked to port and very local to great pizzerias!

Good location
Remote booking in is poorly executed. Could not access door initially and then room itself. Stated card would be in room, but none had been left. No apology and resulted in lost time preventing us from completing our planned itinerary.
