The property owner left clear and easy to follow instructions to enter the premises as we checked in very late on the day. Also, after check out the property owner was very kind to hold our luggage for nearly 8 hours in the day which would have cost us nearly 30-40 Euros. I would highly recommend this place if you want to be at the center of Naples.
room size for family of 4 was bit small.. otherwise everything was perfect..

The wifi connection was stable and the location great!
We paid our booking online, as usual, but they told us to pay some kind of fee on arrival. Lack of facilities (no iron). Poor responsiveness (I needed an iron, but they answered the next day. We needed to turn on the heating, but they answered the request also next day. There was no one in the premises (there is no reception), so you are condemned only to whatsapp contact, but they weren’t responsive.
