Location
I had to pay an automatic taxi fee and instructions fell short on how to access it. Ended up not using it and didn't have an option to opt out.

Miriam was very kind, allowed us to check in a bit earlier than expected, and was always available and attentive.
Some cakes and plenty of products for breakfast were provided.
The mattress was comfortable, and the jacuzzi was enjoyable.
Great location, right next to the metro!
The confirmation email with the access codes and tax payment information was not sent to me.I had to ask for the details the day before in order to prepare for check-in, although the team replied immediately.
The place is very well located, but there is no insulation from the outside, so the street is noisy all the time.There is also no insulation from the neighbors.
The rules say that evening entry should be before 11:30 p.m., but some neighbors were coming back around 1:00 a.m. and ringing the intercom.
The jacuzzi had no lights.The water is shared among all guests, so there is very little hot water in the evening.The water pressure is minimal, especially when several showers are running at the same time.There was also a lot of humidity because of the jacuzzi, since it is in the room that also serves as the bathroom
There was no duvet cover, only sheets covering the duvet, which felt unhygienic.The sheets are washed with vinegar.The pillows were poor quality.
I would not really recommend it, mainly because of the noise and lack of insulation, which meant I had to use earplugs.

It was clean, well located. And spacious.
The AC could have been more powerful or fans would have been good for additional ventilation.
