Wouldn’t stay here again due to customer service

Clean, looked amazing, great location. Loved the cafe by the beach and service was 10/10

No bedding or towels, this was mentioned unfortunately not seen by us until we got there. According to the owner this is mentioned several times. We could only see it once. Also no soap or shower gel if this is something you would expect although not an issue for us unusual in our experience. We asked about parking and got no response. I understand the parking request may have been too short notice but a response would have been appreciated.

Es hat uns in Zeebrügge sehr gut gefallen

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und ruhig, kostenlose Parkplätze gab es auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstrasse und dieser war gut zu erreichen. Große terasse in Nordrichtung, dadurch war das Apartment immer schön Kühl.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen vom Kunden mitgebracht werden, wäre schön, wenn das auch mitgeteilt wird und nicht erst auf Nachfrage.

Tolle Tage in einem sehr geschmackvollen Appartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Geräumige, gut strukturierte, schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Grosse Terrasse mit Privatsphäre (toll für Fahrradfahrer). Unglaublich netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Die Parksituation (vor der Tür nur Kurzzeitparken) war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Schlafcomfort hat uns nicht gefallen: das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer war weich und uneben. Die Ausziehcouch hingegen zu hard.
