Tesisin konumu ve olanakları güzeldi.
İlk gün daireye girdiğimizde temizlik yapılmamış, havlular değiştirilmemiş ve yatak yapılmamıştı. İkinci gün temizlik için çalışan geldi ancak bu temizlik sonrası yine kirli kalan alanlar vardı. Bu konudan bağımsız olarak, iletişim konusunda sorunlar yaşanmakta. Mesaja geç cevap veriliyor ve siz İngilizce yazsanız bile cevabı Almanca alıyorsunuz.

Für uns 3 die perfekte Wohnung. Zentral am Westbahnhof und kurze Wege zur U-Bahn. Unkompliziertes Check-in und out. Auf Anfragen wir schnell reagiert. Alles prima für einen Kurztrip
Küche etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, zum Kochen nicht wirklich geeignet. Aber wir brauchten morgens nur einen Kaffee und abends die Weingläser

The house was fully equipped and had everything one might need. You could stay for months without feeling anything was missing. It was close to the train station, making it convenient in terms of transportation. There are markets nearby where you can find everything you need. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area.
There were three of us, and while everything else was great, the sofa in the living room could be more comfortable for sleeping. The apartment isn’t located in the historic city center—it’s about a 40-minute walk. However, thanks to its proximity to the train station, you can get to the city center in just 6–7 minutes by train.
