Großzügig, sauber, gute Ausstattung. Kühl trotz heißer Temperaturen.
In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer hört man die Straße trotz geschlossener Fenster. Kaum Toilettenpapier vorhanden.

Die Lage ist gut. Die Wohnung OK.
Ich war 3 mal in der Wohnung. 2 mal musste ich telefonieren um in die Wohnung zu kommen, da der Vermieter das Passwort kurzfristig geändert hat. Leider habe ich nur beim ersten mal eine Rechnung bekommen. Bei den beiden anderen Aufenthalten habe ich mehrfach um eine Rechnung gebeten, auch mit dem Hinweis, das mein Arbeitgeber mir sonst das Geld nicht erstattet. Ich habe nicht mal eine Antwort bekommen! Sehr antäuschend, und aus diesem Grund nie wieder. Der angegebenen Parkplatz im Hof war meist belegt, so dass ein Parkplatz in den Nebenstraßen gesucht werden musste. Sehr unangenehm, da ich immer viel teures Werkzeug im Kofferraum habe.

Große Wohnung,Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen,Parkmöglichkeit im Hinterhof,allerdings nur 1 Auto für die Wohnung erlaubt.
Wohnung war bei Ankunft (Mitte Februar) nicht geheizt, Küchenausstattung very basic (z.B. keine Topfdeckel), obwohl Sauberkeit im allgemeinen gut, leider Schimmelbildung im Bereich der Dusche, trotz ausreichendem Platz in der Wohnung keine Kleiderschränke, nur schmale Garderobenständer mit ein paar Bügeln, Lage zwar zentrumsnah, aber äußeres Umfeld eher unattraktiv
