Positiv- ruhige Lage, genug Parkplätze, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe jede Zeit, frische Bettwäsche Duschetücher. In der Küche alles vorhanden was benötigt wird( Geräte , Besteck, Geschirr, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs...)Ausstattung ausreichend. Negativ - Matratzen sind zu dünn, in der Küche könnten wir Wasserhahn nicht nutzen, weil Wasser nur tropfenweise rauskam. Als Alternative mussten wir Wasser vom Bad nehmen. Sauberkeit - auf dem ersten Blick in Ordnung, bei 2. Blick ein paar Problemstellen gemerkt, z.B Spinnweben, Küchenfront ganz dreckig, oder Wc- Brille.Im Treppenhaus muss man aufpassen, da ein paar Stellen Stolperfalle sind. Fazit- Fur unsere 2 Nächte Aufenthalt waren wir trotz negativen Momente sehr zufrieden. Da die Wohnung nur für Übernachtung gedacht war, alles Nötige haben wir gefunden und genutzt Liebe Grüße

Die Unterkunft war weitgehend sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Obwohl es eine Nichtraucher Wohnung war, roch es sehr stark nach Nikotin. Es ist mehr eine Monteursunterkunft als für Familien geeignet. Dafür fehlt ein gemütliches Ambiente. Die Küche muss unbedingt gründlich gereinigt und das Geschirr aufgefüllt werden.
