Очень красивый старый дом. Очень понравился. Расположение отличное! Прям на против стадиона. До центра можно пройтись пешком. Квартира маленькая, но это ни как не влияет на качество. Есть лифт. В доме было очень тихо.
Наружный звонок не работал.

My only problem was the kitchen sink that was kind of blacked but it wasn’t a major problem for me.

Convenient for town centre and the tram network. Despite the heat outside, the apt stayed fairly cool. It's good value for money and the building is lovely.
The beds aren't very comfortable, though the sofabed as a sofa was fine to sleep on. An ironing board and an airer to go with the iron and washing machine would be useful!

Der Kontakt war super freundlich und persönlich aber wir hätten gern gewusst das es besser wäre sich wirklich zeitlich abzusprechen, dann hätten wir auf Grund kaputter Klingel nicht 20 min auf Einlass warten müssen. Die Lage zur Arena ist unschlagbar und um sich nach nem Konzert dort abzulegen ist alles chic.
Die Mülleimer waren noch von Vormietern gefüllt. Es war nicht sauber, denn die schwarzen Bandteppiche hatten viele helle Spuren, es lagen Haare rum, die Microwelle ist unansehnlich, die Duschwände nicht sauber, das Bett gemacht aber unschön, Stau in den Ecken. Es war okay aber genügte nicht unserem Anspruch. Das Bett ist auch recht klein. Aber wie gesagt für ne Nacht nach Party oder Konzert durchaus geeignet.
