Lage, Zimmer war ok.
Versteck der Schlüsselübergabe. Geschirrausstattung (Besteck, Töpfe....) zu wenig.

CheckIn verlief problemlos, Wohnung nicht weit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt und direkt neben einem großen Einkaufsmarkt
Die Wohnung wurde vor Ankunft gereinigt und war oberflächlich sauber. Der Putzeimer stand noch im Bad. Im Treppenhaus und beim Betreten der Wohnung war ein unangenehmer Geruch zu bemerken. Die Wohnung war praktisch eingerichtet aber nicht mehr ganz in Schuss z.B. fehlte ein Leselicht im Schlafzimmer, es gab keine Ablage neben dem Bett, die Bettwäsche war verwaschen, auf dem kleinen Balkon war eine Bodenleiste morsch, im Bad war der Halter von der Dusche abgebrochen, die Wanduhr war stehen geblieben und der Tiefkühlschrank vereist. Rückzahlung der Kaution von 150 Euro erst 8 Tage nach dem Auszug. Die Kurtaxe von 10 Euro pro Person und Tag hätte laut Booking im Preis inkludiert sein müssen (inkl. Steuern und Gebühren), kam jedoch on top.
