Ausstattung und Zustand : top und sehr neu. Parken: einfach Zugang: nur über Treppen. Keine schweren Koffer ratsam Kommunikation : höflich, einfach und schnell.
Besonderheit: Das Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine schmale Treppe mit kleinen glatten Stufen erreichbar. Hier besteht in der Nacht durchaus für ältere Menschen Stolper Gefahren beim Gang zum Badezimmer.

Die geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete, zentral in der "Kneipenstraße" gelegene Ferienwohnung hat uns absolut positiv überrascht. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus, fußläufig befinden sich etliche Restaurants und die Fußgängerzone mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ferienwohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber. Kaffeekapseln, Kaffeesahne und 2 Flaschen Wasser standen für uns bereit. Ein sehr aufmerksamer und serviceorientierter Gastgeber!
Leider war der Schlafraum direkt unterm Dach nachts sehr warm und bei geöffneten Fenstern ist es durch die, sich direkt unterhalb der Wohnung befindlichen Restaurants, noch lange nachts sehr laut. Das ist bei einer so zentralen Lage aber zu erwarten. Aufgrund der Dachschräge ist es für 2 Personen im Schlafraum etwas eng.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sodass das Zentrum sehr gut zu erreichen ist.
Das Schlafzimmer liegt im Dachboden und ist nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, was für uns (beide über 67 Jahre) etwas problematisch war.
