Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet,sauber und die Lage ist vorzüglich.Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist kostenlos .Danke für die 2Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank.Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug zu den Wohnungen im 2.Stockwerk. Die Treppe zum Schlafraum ist sehr steil.Für ältere Menschen eher nicht geeignet.An heißen Tagen heizen sich die Räume sehr auf.Am Abend im Schlafraum 30 Grad. Wenn man Fenster aufmacht,stört der Geruch und das Lüftungsgeräusch der im Haus befindlichen Shisha-Bar,die bis 1Uhr auf hat,doch sehr. Die Vermieterin war um Verbesserung bemüht,mit wenig Erfolg,leider!

Ausstattung und Zustand : top und sehr neu. Parken: einfach Zugang: nur über Treppen. Keine schweren Koffer ratsam Kommunikation : höflich, einfach und schnell.
Besonderheit: Das Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine schmale Treppe mit kleinen glatten Stufen erreichbar. Hier besteht in der Nacht durchaus für ältere Menschen Stolper Gefahren beim Gang zum Badezimmer.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sodass das Zentrum sehr gut zu erreichen ist.
Das Schlafzimmer liegt im Dachboden und ist nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, was für uns (beide über 67 Jahre) etwas problematisch war.
