The location wasn’t bad. You were able to walk to the Marina within 10Minutes and the palm Jumeirah too.

Compared to the pictures while booking and how it looks now, are some years in between. So everything is kinda older and in my opinion not so nice anymore.

You get what you pay for. It's a cheap bed and it does the job if that's what you need.

Great location and it's a cheap room, so it does the job if you just need a place to sleep and aren't too fussed about much else. Also, it was quiet. Lots of airlocks divide up the apartment so that any noise transfer is reduced

It just wasn't very clean or well-maintained, quite easy things to do well, even if the property is low budget. The cleaner just poured detol on the floor, then pushed it around with his mop rather than actually mopping the floor, so the whole time the floor is sticky. On a good point, I don't think any bacteria would have survived the amount of detol he poured on the floor.

Perfect stay - highly recommend

I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was perfect — the apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful view. The communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay — I would definitely come back! 🌟

Overall, we enjoyed the stay but were disappointed by a few inaccuracies in the listing.

We liked the room, the view, and the convenient location near Marina Walk. The check-in process was easy, and the security staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

The listing mentioned access to the pool and gym, but this wasn’t the case. The kitchen was not very clean and felt a bit messy. We were also disappointed that there was no kettle, even though it was listed as an amenity.

Stay away from this property — absolutely unacceptable experience.

Nothing. It was a nightmare.

This has been by far the worst stay of my life. I checked in on October 9th and from the very first day the apartment was in horrendous sanitary conditions: dirty kitchen with food residues and garbage left everywhere, a disgusting smell, sticky fridge handle, malfunctioning washing machine, broken appliances, and a continuous presence of flies and insects. Later I even found blood stains on a pillow, and there were cockroach traps left on the counter. The air was unhealthy and full of dust — completely unlivable. Starting from October 19th, I completely lost access to all tower facilities (pool, gym, sauna, etc.) because the security took my access card, claiming the property had made unauthorized copies. For days, I couldn’t even enter or exit the building freely. I sent dozens of messages to the host and they never replied, only excuses and empty promises that were never fulfilled. I contacted Booking.com countless times — by phone, email, chat, and even certified email (PEC). I spent hours on the phone, they hung up on me twice after 40 minutes of waiting, and they never provided any help or resolution. Every time, the same automatic responses. No one took any responsibility. The host and Booking.com kept blaming each other while I was left in an unsafe and filthy apartment for three weeks. I finally left the property early because the situation had become unbearable. The smell, the dirt, the lies, the total lack of assistance — everything about this experience was a nightmare. Do not book this place. Do not trust the photos or descriptions. And be aware that Booking.com will not help you when things go wrong.

Had a great stay without issues.

Very nice room, clean and big, great view, all facilities provided, good explanation of the process, self check-in, my stay of 10 days was smooth and relaxing. Also I love the Marina kitchen restaurant below. Also the doorman at reception on the ground floor did not give any problems (in some the high rises that are not dedicated hotels, the security can be very annoying)

Great location , owner very helpful ,easy to check in and leave .

Self catering ,shared kitchen ,didn't use as I ate out .Quite , each room had residents , and mine was holiday let. Safe area 10 minute walk to Dubai Marina , Tram service excellent .Used it to get to train station , allowed access to Attractions in Dubai ,Burg Kahlif ,Museum of the future , Dubai Mall . Views from this flat were amazing , watched the Sun set , Views from living room great as well.This room has its own toilet/ shower didnt to share with anyone .

Room was good , forgot my travel hairdryer. No hairdryer in room , but it didn't lesson the experience

Sehr großes komfortables Zimmer. Ausstattung war top. Großes bequemes Bett. Die Aussicht war phänomenal mit Blick zur Palme und bei guter sicht zum Burj Khalifa. Lage war super Restaurant und metro gleich vor der Haustür

Badewanne nicht benutzbar da kein dauerhaft warmes Wasser geht. Aber zum Duschen reicht es aus.

Die Lage und der Blick im Zimmer war total toll. Der Mieter war sehr nett

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber im Bad sowie Schlafbereich war in vielen Ecken Schimmel. Außerdem roch es in einer Ecke des Schlafzimmer aus stark nach Urin. Es lagen fremde Haare auf dem Bett. Generell waren alle Möbel in dem Zimmer war nicht das sauberste.

Der Ausblick ist Mega und die Lage für Marina Fans perfekt

Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Marina Walk und die Aussicht ist ein Wahnsinn. Ich hatte vom Bett aus vollen Blick auf die Palme, beim Fenster rechts hab ich den Burj al Arab gesehen. Wenn man die Fenster offen hat, ist es schon laut, hat mich jetzt aber nicht so gestört. Ich hatte ein eigenes Bad mit großer Badewanne

Die Küche war nicht so ansprechend, aber ich hab mir morgens nur einen Kaffee gemacht und bin immer essen gegangen, deswegen war’s für mich okay.

Das Gebäude und das Personal am Empfang

Es war schmutzig, die Tapete rollte sich an einer Stelle auf, die restliche Tapete verschmutzt. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war überschwemmt und mit etlichen Artikeln der Mitbewohner besetzt. Es gab nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen und das war auch noch unappetitlich.

Цена,расположение,аптека и супермаркет рядом.Супермаркет 24 часа открыт,отличный вид из окна 64 го этажа,есть бассейн на 5 этаже,и спортзал на 6м,сауна паром и обычна,джакузи(всё на 5м этаже).Собственный туалет и ванная комната в номере.Общая кухня и балкон.В комплекте полотенца,мыло ,щётки для Зубов с пастой.Есть свой холодильник в комнате и смарт телевизор,биде и двойная удобная ванная.

Из за большого количества комнат с жильцами кухня не всегда в чистом виде,иногда мешали насекомые на кухне.Глупая схема с охранниками,почти каждый день чтоб зайти внутрь здания (особенно в вечернее время)нужно было рассказывать где я живу и нет возможности попасть в здание пока охранник не откроет тебе изнутри не смотря на то ,что у меня была карточка ключ.Так же чтоб попасть в спортзал или бассейн нужно спускаться к охране вниз и просить открыть дверь,так как моя гостевая карта не открывает эти двери.

Все было бы отлично, если бы все апартаменты были бы как на фотографиях в букинге и сдавались целиком без наличия соседе

Очень удобная и хорошая локация в Дубай Марина, рядом круглосуточный супермаркет с прекрасным выбором и недорогими ценами, также круглосуточная аптека и пешая доступность до метро .

Мы снимали 2 апартаментов в разные дни и оба были по одной цене, но отличались координально, хотя везде было указано апартаменты делюкс, в итоге первые апартаменты были с очень старой мебелью, недостаточно чистые и без вида, а вот вторые уже да был вид с 69 этажа и мебель была как на фотографиях в Букинге. Также огромный минус, что надо иметь ввиду, что апартаменты вы снимаете не целиком, кухня общая и в соседней комнате будет сосед, о чем при описании практически не указано.
