If this was a cabin on a cruise ship you'd rate it as luxury. As Mark Twain would describe it "room enough to swing a cat, but with no guarantee of security to the cat". It was tastefully designed and thoughtfully arranged with everything you would need, but it's small. A twin bed because a full would not fit. It is very close to the subway line that gets you to the Acropolis with a 15 minute ride. But it's a neighborhood, not a place with nightlife. So if you wanted nightlife within walking distance this isn't the place for you, but you are on a subway line that gets you there very quickly. The host is very responsive via WhatsApp, the keys are accessed via a lockbox, so no worries about getting in and getting questions answered. For the price you are paying you are getting an excellent value for your money, but don't expect rooftop views of the Acropolis, just a quick trip to get there.
