Great room & location, not so great cleanliness.
It's very central to Quimper, you're fully downtown, you can walk everywhere and some of the best crêperies are around. It's historical and charming. The room is pretty, I enjoyed the curtains around the bed, as it gives a special feeling. The fully equipped kitchen and the smart TV for rainy days. It's functional and looks good, lots of kitchen appliances available. The person who manage this rental was reactive to any issue brought to them. The trash containers are very close and there's free parking a few minutes away by foot.
- Cleanliness was okay, but wasn't great in places that are important yet often forgotten: grimy stains on doors where people put their hands, brown stains near the bathroom light switch. The dishwasher was dirty when we opened it. The several toilet paper rolls that had been half used by previous guests in the sticky bathroom drawers. Somebody else's hair in the bed. Greasy stains on the glass walls. Shower has mold on the grout. All of this gave me the ick, which was exacerbated by the fact that we found a cockroach in the bathroom. - No paper towels, coffee or dishwasher pods, you have to buy everything, which seems a bit weird when you rent a place with a kitchen. And you get 1 towel per person, no bath mat, just one hand towel for the bathroom. - Probably the least comfortable lumpy pillows I've tried in my life, it looked like something that came from a 1900s abandoned orphanage. The bed head board is made of fabric that clearly has some grease stains on it, not a great choice when your place is an airbnb that sees a lot of traffic. - No smaller lamps, it's either full blast room lights or nothing, especially when you're in bed. - you can hear everything going on in the street and the rental upstairs, conversations, footsteps, etc. We had to contact our host to get upstairs to quiet down and it didn't do anything. - the place is freezing in winter, luckily they had spare heaters so we were able to warm up.

Comme je l’ai signalé , pour protéger l’état de la table , il serait souhaitable qu’il y ait des sets de table
