Excellent location with restaurants nearby, old city to walking distance. Spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, good storage possibilities. We were allowed to store our luggage in apartment before the checkin time. When notified of some problems, they have been sorted after a short while.
The aircon was not working in the large bedroom, although we were given alternatives (electric fan). Problem with drains was sorted after a few days. Although we stayed for 7 days, we did not have access to a washing machine. The bed was soft for my liking.

Communication with the host was very easy, mainly through WhatsApp. Guido was very responsive, answered all our questions, and recommended many great places around town. The apartment is conveniently located near a park and within walking distance of Bari Vecchia. It is very spacious and cozy, and we found it clean and well-maintained.

Einige Mängel: Klimaanlage im 3-Bett-Zimmer und in der Küche kaputt. Der Vermieter entschuldigte sich mit den Worten „die vorhergehenden Mieter hätten sie kaputt gemacht“ und „die Handwerker seien auf Urlaub“; bei gefühlten 30 Grad in der Wohnung ziemlich schlimm.
WC-Spülung kaputt.
