Quite well located for the main town, restaurants etc.
No real lounge area, just a kitchen with 1 poor quality armchair in it. Couldn’t just sit and chat with one another.
I know it’s not shown on the amenities, but there is no tv.
A lot of noise from building works, seemed to come from above. Started some mornings at 7.30am.
A lot of road noise when sleeping in the front room. The street cleaners come round about 12.30am.
Burn mark on kitchen counter top.
Poor quality kitchen table and chairs.
Seem to have trouble with occasional mosquitos appearing from nowhere.

Very good location, few minutes walking to the main places like train station, old town or the sea side. A lot of cosy cheap restaurants and cafes around. Very spacious appartement, well equipped kitchen and two toilets with showers. Fast WIFI, clear instructions how to behave in the facility.

The loacation is great, just right at the center of the city, close enough to the most popular sightseeing destinations.
I found the communication with the host good.
The apperment has a unique style and in general the rooms were neat.
The blackmold in the bathrooms were really disappointing(this need to be managed ASAP). Kitchen accessories were insufficient for 6 people, a few more glasses and plates would be highly appreciated.
Beds are all too soft.
