About this cottage rental
A zen beach cottage with vaulted ceilings, neutral coastal decor, beautiful sunlight, natural wood, large yard, plenty of parking, grill, outdoor shower. Beautiful Long Sands beach is just a 5 minute walk to the end of the street close to bathhouse & snack bar. You can hear the ocean from the screened-in porch (that sleeps two!) or while sunning on the deck. 2 smart TV’s, washer/dryer, wifi. A short walk to Long Sands restaurants and surf shop. Nearby attractions include the Nubble lighthouse, short sands beach, restaurants & arcade entertainment, candy store, wild animal farm and boutique shops. A short drive to Ogunquit’s Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. We are new owners and recently renovated the kitchen, painted the exterior and started a flower garden. This is a great family friendly place to create lasting memories. Includes linens and beach gear. We know you’ll love it as much as we do! Available for short-term year-round. My husband and I were looking to spend a week at the beach with our dog. This spot couldn’t be more perfect to be able to walk to the beach in the morning with our pup, walk to the general store for coffee and walk to restaurants at night. Melanie was a great host and very communicative. The house was perfect for a pet family including dog bowls and a porch that had a gate so that our dog could sit outside with us. Overall a great stay!

The cottage is beautiful and the walk to Long Sands couldn’t have been better! We have already stated our intention to book again next year.
