About this cottage rental
Rustic beach cottage about 100 yards from the beach. Located at 13 Beacon St York ME. There are 4 bedrooms, bathroom with a shower, kitchen, living room, comfortable dining room that seats 6-8 and a screened porch. It's a quick walk to the beach which makes this a perfect location. There is a flat screen T.V., Wifi and kitchen stocked with pots pans and utensils. There is parking for 4 cars a picnic table and portable gas grill.

This was our second time at this property. You can't beat the location - right around the corner from the beach and the store. I'd describe the property itself as campy - it looks as advertised. It is older with no updates but we had no complaints. Plenty of room for our large party and the screened in porch is great for rainy days and buggy nights. No AC & a little hot upstairs during the day but the window fans cooled it down overnight.

The proximity to Long Sands Beach was great. The cottage was cozy and the porch is great for reconnecting.
