-Student, College and underage groups MUST ALL inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a student, college, or underage group is accepted, it will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.

Great place!! Need more trash containers outside!! The dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes But over all it was a great vacation!!!

My family that ranged from the age of 12-83 years old had a fantastic vacation with lots of space to all be together but each had separate space to have time by themselves. It is a beautiful home! The walk to the beach was super short and the location was close to stores and places to eat. The only few negatives were no towel holders in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the lower level living room. Also make sure you bring your own beach chairs or be prepared to purchase them if you want them at the beach.
