This rental is located about 25 minutes away from Durango and 50 mins away from Pagosa Springs. Well stocked, and quiet location. The master bedroom bed (with topper) was too soft and the back bedroom's mattresses was a bit hard. The dryer was full of bedding and towels. The outdoor trash was full so it was difficult to get rid of our trash. I reached out to the host who responded immediately, but the trash situation was never resolved. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend.

Instead of getting a hotel, we reserved with Ashli so family and friends who were in town to help us move would be comfortable. Thank you Ashli for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

My family and I were so incredibly pleased with this beautiful home and the spectacular surroundings of the San Juan National Forest! The drive to Durango and beyond was absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the cleanliness of the home, the beautiful furnishings, and it literally had every amenity we could possibly need! We hope to be back soon!
