About this house rental
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is tucked in among the towering pines on 1.5 acres. With 2300 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, & 3 full baths make this home perfect for individuals or multiple families alike. Whether you want to retreat and relax peacefully or entertain together in the common areas, this home is perfect for both. Additional perks include a large deck with outdoor grill, Jacuzzi suite off the master bedroom, a theater room, a large gourmet kitchen, & a spacious living room.
Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. Just off the master bedroom is a beautiful nook with a roll-top desk, wireless printer, and sliding glass door to a large deck with beautiful scenery. The attached bathroom includes an en suite jetted spa bathtub along with separate shower including dual shower heads and dual vanities.
Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed along with a twin over a full size bunk-bed. There is a television with streaming services for individual entertainment and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3 offers a young girls' dream. It features a life-size doll house bed with a twin-size bed in the loft area and a full-size bed underneath. Child-size table and chairs, toys inside the wardrobe closet, books and a vintage school desk complete this room and ensures entertainment for hours for your little ones.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom complete with dual vanity sinks and separate bathtub with a shower.
Bedroom 4 offers two comfortable twin-size beds side by side. Simple, clean and just right.
The theater room has a high-definition projector, capable of displaying a vivid 120" picture onto the drop down movie screen. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had so far. The place is very cozy and comfortable. It was even very cool in the summer time with the cooling unit available. Communication with the host was PERFECT. He's amazing and having the chickens on the property made it even better.There are so many things to do in Durango and we loved being out in the forest. So many wonderful wildlife animals to enjoy as well.

Wonderful property. Lots of room for us to spread out. Clean and quiet. A little challenging with the boats and trucks but was able to make it work.

Great place to stay near Durango, Pagosa Springs, and Vallecito Lake ! the host was very accommodating. Great place to relax and kick back.

We decided to make Christmas 2020 different this year for our kids and found this wonderful property that was perfect for the 10 of us (my family of 6, my parents, sister and nephew) The house was just too perfect for us! We were hesitant at first since this was our first time using Vrbo, but the house was described and pictured just like it is. Actually, the reality was even better than the description. The house had everything we needed to (and more), it was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Comminicaiton with Jason, the homeowner, was so good too, right from the start! He was very accommodating and wanted to help make our Christmas stay something so wonderful and he did. He even set up a tree for us, had treats for our kids and a train to set up too. He also made sure we were fine during our stay and even escorted us out since these Texans are not used to driving in the snow. I can't thank him enough for being so sweet and checking on us even after we left. I HIGHLY recommend this property! Great location! Close grocery store too. Quaint and quiet but room to play in the snow and even sled in the front yard. We had a blast!
