a kitchen, american style, fully furnished with oven and micro-wave, dish-washer, fridge/freezer, hobs, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and everything needed to cook
a bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm and a big wardrobe
a room with a desk and a confortable single sofa-bed of 160 x 200 cm
a bathroom with a shower, basin, furniture, towel-dryer and toilet
a separated toilet
Apartment equipped with hair-dryer, washing machine, 2 drying racks, iron and ironing table
Linen is provided (bed linen, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival
Extra fees :
Late arrivals, supplements apply:
30€ between 8pm and 10pm,
50€ between 10pm and 11pm,
80€ after 11pm.
Check-out/check-in: until 11am maximum.
Depending on the agreed time, we'll meet you at the apartment to collect the keys.
Sundays and public holidays:
If you plan to arrive or depart on a Sunday or a French calendar holiday, a surcharge of €30 applies, to be paid on arrival.
Cleaning:
The price for cleaning in the advertisement corresponds to a stay of less than two weeks.
If your stay is longer than two weeks, the price of cleaning will be doubled. You will be asked to pay the balance.
Example: in a case where the initial cleaning is 60€, for more than two weeks, it will be 120€.
