Great location. Very quiet location, no issues with noise late evening/early morning. Friendly neighbours. The appartement was very clean and everything available that we needed. Nice view on the south facing terrace. The instructions to enter the property were very thorough. Very secure door to the appartement, and also the main entrance. Secure gated pedestrian and parking entrances. Boulangerie, supermarché, tramway all nearby within walking distance. Responsive host. Would definitely recommend and stay again 👍
Parking spaces need re-identification as the current paint had worn out and I wasn't sure which space was allocated to us. The door of the appartement needs identification too, we wasn't sure which door we needed to open but there was a 50/50 chance as only 2 doors in the lobby so not a big issue. The arrival/depart times seem very strict as we wasn't able to arrive a bit earlier and they seem very keen to make sure you leave by 10am on day of departure. Terrace had a few cobwebs. All minor issues to be honest though.

L'espace, la clarté de l'appartement et l'aménagement de l'appartement et ses deux SDB. La propreté. Tout ce qui faut pour l'entretien.

Un bon suivi de la société qui s'occupe de l'appartement.
Le chauffage, trop juste à 20° avec impossibilité d'augmenter la température et de plus la nuit le chauffage s'arrête. C'est ce qui cause une note de 8.
Les armoires de la cuisine, trop hautes (manque un marche pied pour les personnes de petite taille < 160)
Le miroir de l'entrée bien trop haut même pour une personne de 170 cm

Die Wohnung ist sauber und funktional.
Anweisungen von und Kommunikation mit Agentur ausschließlich auf Französisch möglich. Im 4. Stock eines großen Wohnblocks gelegen, in dem der Nachbar von morgens bis abends gebohrt und gehämmert hat. Abends kaum Ausgehmöglichkeiten im Wohnumfeld. Der Glastisch im Essay vermittelt einen gehobeneren Eindruck. Dort steht in Wirklichkeit ein alter Holztisch. Obwohl 2 Bäder nur 1 Toilette.
