-Golf Cart Rentals are not permitted
-Tram passes can be purchased separately through SanDestin

- Beach Service can be purchased per set on a daily or weekly basis
- Pool Gates are locked by HOA at sunset
- Pool is heated November 20th- January 5th and for Spring Break. Which is dictated by the HOA and Solely Beachfront is not liable for the pool to be heated or closed. It is the decision of the HOA

Picture this, waking up opening the balcony from 5here directly acess to the pool and the beach. No elevators, no waiting!!!! Perfect for kids so as the balcony acess to the pool is with heavy kid friendly locked doors

Our stay at this ground-floor condo in Miramar Beach at the Sandestin Resort was everything we hoped for and more! Being right on the ground floor made beach access incredibly easy — we could walk straight out the patio and be on the sand in just minutes. No elevators, no hauling bags or beach gear upstairs — just pure relaxation.
The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were super cozy, and we loved having our own private outdoor space to enjoy the breeze and unwind after a day in the sun.
Sandestin has so much to offer — from dining and shopping at Baytowne Wharf to golf, biking trails, and of course, that gorgeous stretch of beach. It really felt like the best of both worlds: a peaceful beachfront retreat with access to all the amenities.
We can't wait to come back — highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway!!! I'm already planning our return

Being right off the pool was so great, with having a few small children, was so easy and nice not having to tote a big bag everywhere! The king bed was extremely comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay!
