Venture out to discover various local attractions for all ages, including South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground, only two blocks away. This home is also centrally located to many restaurants, and two golf courses are within two miles of the property. Jacksonville Beach Golf Club, the Jacksonville Beach Pier, and Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park are less than 10 miles from your door.
Back home, the enclosed yard is sure to be a highlight for younger guests, offering plenty of space for play. Indoors, stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and an intimate breakfast bar. Meet up around the dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and then settle into the matching sofas in the living area and stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening. (The fireplace is not operational.)
If you want to explore the immediate area, this home is set in a walkable residential neighborhood, and you'll also find three adult bikes in the garage.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was clean and comfortable. The lock on the door wouldn't take the code that I was given. But, I called the number and they helped me with getting the key from the lock box. We was very pleased.

Recommend. Location surrounded by great restaurants and grocery stores. Quick and easy access to almost anything in Jacksonville. Beach just down the road!
